Requirements
In order for a filtration day to run as smoothly as possible, we require the following things from the winery or cidery:
Utilities
220V/3Phase Power
Minimum 40 amps
Minimum 100gal 130F water
Wine settled and racked
Air compressor for automated valves
Other considerations
Our machines require at least 1.5″ inlet hose. The machines will filter faster than 1″ hose can supply product. Nitrogen for blanketing and purging systems.
