Andy Diacetis graduated from the fermentation science program at Oregon State University in 2001. He started his career at BridgePort Brewing Company. After six years at BridgePort, he then started selling filtration equipment to the food and beverage industry across the Pacific Northwest. After quickly realizing that most wineries in Oregon and Washington were not large enough to justify buying their own crossflow filter, in 2009 he bought one, threw it on a trailer and started working with wineries across the region.
After spending many years in the food & beverage industry, Allan discovered his true passion: wine. Within two months of harvest end he and his family relocated to Oregon and Allan joined the Cascade team as a filtration technician. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, cooking, and reading.
